Our key design influence has worked in the Greetings Card industry for 25 years. She held senior management positions within both Creative and Manufacturing departments of several of the large Greetings Card Companies starting with Valentines of Dundee (then part of the Hallmark Group). In 1991 a break away team formed Gibson Greetings, from scratch.
One very small Christmas line launched Gibson Greetings and very soon they rocketed from £2m to £20m revenue ceilings in just under 8 years before it was bought by American Greetings.
Soon after Gibson was absorbed into the UK Greetings Group she left to start ArtOutSource, which now sells back into the leading Greetings Card publishers.
Founding Business Director
After 25 years building underlying business systems for Banks and Oil Companies, he led a team that designed, built and implemented the end to end business systems for a major Greetings Card Publisher. Using his experience in the sector he then worked with the creative founder to build what is now one of the leading art sources for Greetings Cards in the UK.
